To celebrate Disneyland's 63rd birthday today, I decided to create a quick and easy Disney cupcake tutorial that you can make for the kids or purely for yourself ;)
These cakes feature the classic ears with the magical Millennial Pink tones that is the colour of the season. You can make these for any Disney themed party, a Disneyland or Disneyworld trip announcement to the children, or let's be honest, for any day of the year for us Disney fans haha

DIY Supplies to make Disney Ear Cupcakes
- - Vanilla Cake mix
- - Frosting or cream
- - Food Colouring
- - Knife
STEP 1
Mix and cook cupcakes as per the packet instructions
Seriously buy a packet and bake, these cupcakes are all about the cute factor so no need to take hours mixing from scratch. Unless you want to, but today I had no time for that.
STEP 2
Once cupcakes are cooled, cut the top centre out. Place the knife on an angle and slowly turn the cake.
STEP 3
With the circle, you have cut out of the centre, cut this in half
STEP 4
Place a dab of food colouring into your frosting or cream and mix the colour in.
STEP 5
Place your frosting into the cupcake hole, making a ball shape at the top
STEP 6
Place the cut pieces on top of the frosting to create the ears.
STEP 7
Decorate as you wish. I had some gold stars cake sprinkles, so used them to highlight the ears.
STEP 8
Serve and eat
REPEAT
Adorable and an easy DIY right?
I wish there was a future Disneyland trip for our family, the last trip was magical.
